Tonight- 16 Wishes debuts!

Tonight @ 8pm/7pm Central, don't miss Debby Ryan's first ever Disney Channel Original movie, "16 Wishes", where she plays Abby, a girl whose 1st 15 wishes on the day she became 16 went true, expect for the 16th wish, which goes haywire, and she must undo the damage before the clock strikes 12!
