If you're a guy, don't even THINK about playing hard to get with Selena Gomez!

She wants a guy to cut to the chase... and actually pick up a phone so she can hear an actual voice (no texts, plz)!

"If you like someone, just call them! There are no rules," she says bluntly. "I'm probably very picky, which is probably why I'm alone." Aww, Sel, don't be so hard on yourself!
