I think many of us here didn't see this coming! Rumor has it that this year's Super Sentai VS movie will feature the first Metal Hero, Space Sheriff Gavan. It will be entitled “Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger VS Gavan.”
According to rumors, Kenji Ohba will guest star as Retsu Ichijouji aka Gavan, Shiro Akebono aka Battle Kenya and Daigorou Oume aka DenjiBlue. Moreover, based on the pamphlet for the 199 movie, Gavan and DekaMaster are close friends. Could this be TOEI's celebration for the 30th Anniversary of Metal Heroes?

A few hours ago, we have reported that there are rumor aboutGo-Onger's great powerand the possible “All Girl Sentai Unit”. And just recently, Otonafami magazine confirmed that theG3 Princesswill make a comeback onKaizoku Sentai Gokaigermovie! G3 Princess is the idol unit composed of gravure idols Rina Aizawa, Yumi Sugimoto and Nao Oikawa who played Saki, Miu and Kegaleshia respectively. They released a single entitled “G3 Princess Rap.” It is remembered that Sugimoto and Oikawa hinted this on their blog last May.
Their role in the movie is not yet revealed. With this in mind, there will be a big possibility that the rumored “Go-Onger Great Power”, which is a car similar to an Engine, is true.
As expected, the Super Sentai 35th Anniversary movie presentationGokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai: 199 Hero Great Battle, grabs the 2nd spot of the Japanese Box Office in its opening week.
Super Sentai: 199 Hero Great Battle attracted 249,007 people, which earned the sentai series a total of 288,610,400 Yen (3.6 million USD) throughout its first weekend. Even with that said, the Gokaiger's pirate crew failed to defeat Jack Sparrow's "Pirates of the Caribbean", which is on the top of the Box Office for 4 weeks.
InGokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai: 199 Hero Great Battle, the34thand35th Super Sentai teammust join forces to defeat the joint efforts of the Space Empire Zangyack and Black Cross King, who wants to invade Earth. The GorenGokaiOh, a combination of Goranger's first flying fortress, the Varibloom/Variblune and the Gokaiger's GokaiOh. Meanwhile, Goranger's Varidreen is rumored to be one of the next GokaiMachines.
Many fans wonder, what other old school Super Sentai teams that the Gokaigers will turn into? Just recently, recent set pics where leaked online hinting that the Gokaigers will turn into the first sibling Super Sentai team, Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman (Trans. Earth Sqaudron Fiveman)!
In these set shots, we saw the suit actors for Five Black, Five Blue, Five Yellow, Five Red and even if it is not obvious, Five Pink (on the left side of Five Red) preparing with their fight against two head Zanyack officers, namely Insarn and Barizorg along with their army of Gormins! There are also other set shots related to this one but most of it are scenes in which they positioned Insarn and some Gormins, not that interesting.
-Kamen Rider Baasu appears. He uses an installation henshin system. Baasu's eyes are not circular, but U shaped, (colored black) and he looks very original, something unlike any other hero before. The lower half of his "U" eyes glow red, and he almost resembles Hakaider, complete with a capsuluar head.
-Sonozaki Fumine (Shroud) and Narumi Soukichi are childhood friends.
-Their partner seems to be played by Tarou Yamamoto (or this could be the character's name)
-"San Dopant" is mentioned, as are Bat and Spider
-The movie will be more serious than comedic, and it seems as though it will bring Akiko to a darker place as well
GOSEIGER VS SHINKENGER:
-The Gedoushuu manipulate ShinkenRed into attacking GoseiKnight. The under control ShinkenRed is known as "Gedou ShinkenRed".
-The New Sentai will appear in the film. The 35th Sentai will be the Decade-for-Sentai, and be a celebratory series. The series will feature the return of old Red Rangers, with the original actors returning, as much as possible.
On the top pic are the Greeds, Kamen Rider OOO's main villains. From your left, we have: Gameru, Cazari, Mezuru and Uva and as we all know, there is one Greed is missing in the group, namely Ankh who would later give the OOO Driver to Hino Eiji.
All of the Greeds are currently incomplete because of the medals were sealed in various places. They also have mysterious belts.
They have two kinds of medals. The one with colors is the Core Medal, it's the core of a Greed's existence. Medals that are silver are known as Cell Medals. These make up their bodies. The Core Medals are like their hearts, souls etc. While Cell Medals are basically like cells in a living thing.
Ankh is a Greed with not that many medals, which caused him to become an arm. This is why he took the body of the policeman. Like all the other Greeds, he's collecting medals. To make up for his lack of power, he uses Eiji. What's different about Ankh is that he is sly and sharp sighted unlike the other Greeds.
When they put a Cell Medal inside a human, a monster called Yummy is created. Their source of power is desire. How the Yummies are, depends on the Greed. For example Uva's main desire for Yummies are money, wealth etc.
This episode has Sematerei of the Broken Specter as their enemy and they must figure out how to use the power of the Abare Header, which is used by Bladerun to cause trouble.
Also in this episode, some monsters of the Yuumaju are temporarily brought back to life which also causes trouble.
It took the effort of Alata/Gosei Red to communicate with Abare Headers spirit to be able to access it. When he succeeds, they don these golden armor power ups. Ah these remind me of those team armors in the past. It helps them save the day.
Sadly, I'm losing my enthusiasm as of late. Sad but true. :-(
With Kamen Rider W's finale getting nearer, and casts and basic forms for Kamen Rider OOO revealed, all fans are hyped up to see the new Kamen Rider in action! Now, here are some more information regarding the 12th Heisei Rider.
Hino Eiji, 21 years old. A man without devotion or desire, and very little prospects for marriage. He's always wandering around and can't settle for a job. He's a "As long as I have some money, tomorrow and some panties, I am fine" kind of guy. However, when someones life is in danger he's always there to help. He got the OOO Driver from Ankh and with it, he's able to transform into Kamen Rider OOO.
The source ofKamen Rider OOO's power is by throwing in three O Medals into the transformer belt, the OOO Driver. The O Scanner will then have to scan the three medals to access the TaToBa Form: the power of Eagle's is the head, the power of Tiger's are the chest and arms, the power of the Grasshopper's are the legs. When he transforms a tune plays. By throwing in different O Medal combinations OOO can form change.

Kamen Rider OOO has a side-weapon called Medajalibur, a silver-colored sword. With the Tiger arms, he's able to use sharp claws called, Tiger Claw, as his weapon. His TaToBa form's special attack is called TaToBa Kick.
Ankh(left), one of the five Greed's who awoke from a long slumber. However, he is missing some medals so he can only transform his arm. He took the body of a dying police officer, Izumi. He's using Eiji to collect medals.
Izumi Hina(right), the sister of the police officer Ankh is possessing. She met Ankh and Eiji while she was working at a restaurant.
Ride Vender a vending machine that can turn into Kamen rider OOO's bike. It came from the Kogami Foundation. When OOO puts a Cell Medal inside the Ride Vender he's able to get various can-like support mechas called Can Droids. When he pulls the pull tab it slowly transforms.
Kogami Foundation is a foundation that is holding many assets. They develop various items such as the Ride Vender, Medajalibur, Cell Medals. They offer it all to OOO, their motives are unknown. The president of Kogami Foundation, Kosei, loves to bake cakes. His secretary, Erika, is always thinking about her diet.
It is rumored that Kogami Foundation has some connection on Kamen Rider W's Foundation X. But this is still not confirmed.
Greeds, from an 800 year slumber, 5 monsters have awoken. However, they were revived with an incomplete body. They are able to create weaker monsters called Yummy. They are created from humans desire. At birth they have a white body. After eating human desire, they start to grow. The picture is the Greed Uua and his Yummy, Kamakiri.
Yes, you are seeing it right. Kamen Rider W will have another upgrade, yet again. But this time, it will be a movie exclusive upgrade. It will be called Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker Gold Xtreme.
Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker Gold Xtreme acquires wings that gave him the ability to fly. It will debut on Kamen Rider W FOREVER: A to Z Gaia Memory of Destiny during Double's fight against the powerful villain, Kamen Rider Eternal.
Double accessed Kamen Rider W Cyclone Joker Gold Xtreme form via the people's powerful desires and hopes combined that he will defeat Kamen Rider Eternal in the climax of the movie. In the scan above, most of Shotarou's previous clients are shown.
Singer and actor, Matsuoka Mitsuru who served as vocals of the band, SOPHIA was in the Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles last July 3. The place was the venue for Anime Expo 2010 in which he was invited and got the chance to "henshin" into Kamen Rider Eternal who appeared in the upcoming Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z Gaia Memories of Fate as Daido Kasumi.
Matsuoka is in Kamen Rider W as the villain movie Rider, Kamen Rider Eternal, for the upcoming film which will be screened in 3D. The said Rider appeared on stage who sang the theme song of the film, "W (Double)." Usually being live, SOPHIA is known not to answer encore but during the performance, they accepted the request with the said song being played again. Nokia Theatre is well known as the venue of the Academy Awards. That stage had Matsuoka replaced when the stage black-out for the interlude of the song with the dashing Kamen Rider Eternal appearing. Furthermore, in this scene announces Rider Kick to American fans and the intensity of the venue reached its peak.
Kamen Rider W and Matsuoka which moved to the convention center and got the chance to meet cosplayers and otakus. While pulling his heroic pose for the camera he said, "For anime fans at first I was anxious in communicating about Japanese music and culture. But being able to introduce Kamen Rider who represents Japan to American fans, I feel very delighted."
Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z Gaia Memories of Fate premieres on theaters this August 7.
The official movie website of Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z Gaia Memory of Destiny and Tensou Sentai Goseiger: Epic on the Movie has just released a really good full-length trailer.
In Kamen Rider W movie, Shoutaro and Philip takes on NEVER and Kamen Rider Eternal to prevent them from turning Fuuto into Hell. While in Tensou Sentai Goseiger movie, the Gosei Angels hunts the remaining Warstars as they search for the Ragnarok's Horn, a weapon that could ruin Earth.
There was the Shinkenger and Decade crossover which happened in episode 24-25 of Decade NOT in Shinkenger. So it was kind of a cross between worlds. Hmmm... it'll be hard for fans in their imagination to fit in the Kamen Rider Universe into the Sentai Universe for any fan-fiction Toei allows them by making both universes officially up to fan's imagination.
It's not the first time that Kamen Rider was mentioned. If you can remember the Goranger vs. JAKQ movie, Shoutarou Ishinomori intended that his Sentai warriors be in the same universe as Kamen Rider. However as time passed, it wasn't official and fans were left to speculate how they operated within the same universe.
The idea came into fruition NOT in Super Sentai but in Power Rangers. Not everything in Sentai is original. Power Rangers did contribute some things to later Sentai too even if they're the franchise version, Saban had originality. It was way back then then Saban created the crossover in the 3-part series entitled "A Friend in Need" in MMPR which however got me disappointed why Kimberly Hart had to suffer from a cold. Sigh. I kept feeling bad about her cold and Tommy not being near her. The whole mini-series was intended to introduce the adaptation of Black RX to America. It focused five rangers minus Kimberly Hart in Edenoi which was conquered by Count Dregon, using footage from Kamen Rider Black RX episode 3 in many scenarios.
Sadly the Kamen Rider Black RX adaptation was a failure I believe because Power Rangers got too powerful that fans didn't bother to watch other toku adaptations plus it lacked plot. A funny show doesn't always have a poor plot, it's how the humor gets executed that affects the show. Saban's Masked Rider was JUST AWFUL!
Somehow Toei saw through livening up the whole idea in the two part Shinkenger crossover, which Decade travels into the world of Shinkenger. Unlike the MMPR idea where he wanted to introduce Masked Rider to the audience of MMPR, Toei did the opposite. Decade (which only lasted for 31 episodes :-( ) actually wanted to introduce Shinkenger to Kamen Rider fans. The whole plot involved the crossing and Decade meets the Shinkengers.
The whole two part episode for me was more fun IMO than the three part MMPR crossover because they were complete and there was much more action, even if they didn't travel to another planet. I just can't help but laugh at how silly Genta can get when Diend stole his Ika-Origami. I'm also glad that Mako Shiraishi doesn't have to stay in bed with a cold like poor Kimberly Hart did.
The thing is the Gedoushu also gets involved in trying to get rid of Decade as well in which, puts Doukoku in a more active spot than Lord Zedd was during the MMPR crossover. However what I can complain about this show is that, it was more of a random meeting than a mission sent to them. Again Sentai commanders are frequently shown to be less powerful than Zordon which balances the whole franchise, even Mr. Voice doesn't know as much as Zordon does.
The show ended up paying tribute to the "Friend in Need" arc when the next Decade episode was focused on Black RX. As the crossover ended, we see a picture of Crisis Empire hinting at "A Friend in Need" although this was much shorter.
However when Saban adapts Shinkenger (and I hope he does cross the line once of an Oriental red ranger then that's the end of it), I wonder if he'll ever put Decade into it. I think not. He may have a hard time knowing how his other toku adapts failed. They're not that strong as Power Rangers.
The thing is Goseiger 20 is kind of a J-drama thing for me. So what's the point? Well the thing is the Goseigers decide to help a teenager named Takuya who's desperately in love with a girl. We see the Goseigers use their invisibility powers outside of their suits to hide. However with Datas, their cover is easily blown when their morphing devices ring.
Unfortunately the Yuumajuu have launched their own plan using Pesaranza of the Keseran-Pasaran who Makuin sends to devour love from people, which is however kind of common. It wasn't like as if it didn't happen with previous Sentai entries like Jetman or Turboranger.
The monster goes as far as to meddle with Takuya's feelings causing the girl to dislike him. I find it just totally despicable... really. Fortunately though he was able to gain the girl's forgiveness in the end. :-P
Here's an updated image of the Tensou Sentai Goseiger upgraded form. The tentative name will be "Super Goseiger." Visible in their chest armor is the Animal Headder that they represent. In order to attain this form, the Goseigers must acquire the GoseiTenSword.
The image above is from the newly released Tensou Sentai Goseiger toy catalog for new Sentai Hero PVC figures. If you have noticed, there's no GoseiPink and GoseiYellow. But they are expected to have the same upgrade since the same thing happened with the Samurai Sentai Shinkenger SH figures, no SH SuperShinkenYellow and SuperShinkenPink released.
There is an ongoing rumor that this upgrade will give the Goseigers the same ability as GoseiKnight to be able to transform into a Headder. But this one is still not confirmed.
The name Super Goseiger is kinda expected since the last two Super Sentai Upgrades have used the same prefix, Super GekiRed and Super ShinkenRed to be exact.
Super Goseiger's debut episode is still not announced.

A press conference for the upcoming Kamen Rider W and Tensou Sentai Goseiger movie was held on Tokyo Kaikan, Yurakucho, Tokyo. The two films will have a simultaneous release this summer and both will have a 3D screening.
Tensou Sentai Goseiger: Epic on the Movie Super Sentai's 34th show Tensou Sentai Goseiger. Five people from the Gosei World came to Earth in order to protect it, they are called Gosei Angels. The actor of Gosei Red, Yudai Chiba says, "This is the first time I appear in a movie, I wish I could run through the action scenes."
Kamen Rider W FOREVER: A to Z Gaia Memory of Destiny Kamen Rider W film Director, Koichi Sakamoto (best known for his Stunt Direction in Power Rangers) says, "The timeline of this movie is set right before the end the TV series." The TV series has a linked development.
The actors of Shotaro and Phillip from Kamen Rider W, Renn Kiriyama and Masaki Suda said: "Usually, Phillip is just behind Shotaro. This time it's the opposite, Shotaro will be more of a support for Phillip." (Kiriyama) and "This time, it's about the growth of Phillip. I feel like I have more responsibility. I am only 17 and I already to this kind of stuff." (Suda)
This time the guests are Matsuoka, Aya Sugimoto and Genki Sudo. The bad guy, Matsuoka, who is disguised as Kamen Rider Eternal says "I didn't think I'd ever work with something like this. I think if you work seriously and hard enough your dreams will come true." with a serious expression.
Sugimoto, who plays Maria S. Cranberry, said "The director told me, just because this is a children's movie, don't hold back. Be sexy and let the pheromones out, do your best and be proud." while pushing her chest out.
The movies will be released in Japan on the 7th of August.
The upcoming movie Rider for Kamen Rider W, Kamen Rider Eternal is finally revealed. He is shown as the terrorist leader in the movie and accompanied by Kamen Rider W's Gaia Memory's dopants: Heat, Metal and Luna.
