Hi there folks. I haven't done a Video Game review on a few years so I thought I'd try again.
Story: The story of this game revolves around a JediClone by the name of X2 who fought in the clone wars and even
in the Galactic Civil War, You play as X2 through all of his battles.
Graphics: The graphics of Elite Squadron are a small step down from Renegade Squadron. But that isn't that bad.
A lot of the cut-scenes graphics seem a tiny bit better compared to the actual game.
Controls: The controls aren't that different from Renegade squadron with a few exceptions when flying in space.
but that isn't that bad of a problem. even when landing a mobile command post.
Customization: The customization for this game is pretty much the same way it was on renegade squadron with the
added bonus of Classes and 3 of your own personal settings for weapons. where as the character maker is pretty
much the same, except you have to earn most of the stuff.
All in all: This game is pretty good for how they made it with Ground, Space, Capital Ship battles but there are
quite a few set backs, but they aren't that bad. For one there is only 2 classes of ship per faction, A fighter
and a Mobile Command post which is kinda a downgrade to all the classes in Rengade Squadron. The Capital Ships
on this were the frigates from Renegade Squadron which makes no sense. there are quite a few hacks out there too
for lightsabers and stuff which are pretty awesome. If you're a hardcore star wars fan I recommend checking this
out for the large amount of replay value. if you're new to the Star Wars Battlefront games try 2 and Renegade first.
4.5 out of 5.
