Lizzie's coming back... for one day only

That's right... you heard it right, Lizzie McGuire will make a comeback to Disney Channel on Sept. 12 with five episodes, but only FOR ONE DAY ONLY. after that, Hannah Montana airs after the said 5 episodes. One of the episodes that will play is "I've got Rhythmic" which is one of my fave episodes. The comeback will begin @ 1:35 to 4:00 pm (PT/ET)/12:35 to 3:00 pm Central, again, on Sept. 12 only.

I'm glad Disney Channel viewers are glad they got their wish to see it even for one day. So stay tuned for more info!

Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie: Tonight!

Tonight... a new adventure will happen. After Alex accidentally makes her parents forget that they love each other, it's up to the Russo siblings to undo the damage that Alex didn't even mean to start. and in the end, only one Russo will keep thier magic powers. who will it be?

All of these will be answered as Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie will be shown tonight on Disney Channel (USA) @ 8/7c! Tune in for this cool must see adventure!

If Disney Channel had a Philippine feed...

Because Disney Channel in the Philippines relies on the Southeast Asian feed (it shares mostly from the Malaysia/Singapore one) and has no feed of its own, I was thinking something like this:

-the channel will be based on the US version
-no more crappy 3rd-party shows that should be in its original channel (e.g. Totally Spies! should be on Cartoon Network Philippines, etc.)
-should carry both old and new shows together
-should air Toei sentai series (since CN Phils. got Power Rangers) and select anime like the Doremi series, Saint Seiya, etc. dubbed in either Filipino or English
-air the Super Hero Time block every Sunday at a later time- mostly 9 to 10 am (Manila time)
and also air with US simulcast, new episodes of Disney Channel Original series (DCOS) and/or specials.

That's my perfect Philippine feed for Disney Channel. what will be yours?

David Henrie is... Ricky Ullman?

Is it me, or David Henrie look like Ricky Ullman from the past? Well, it might be... or is Ullman from the future and Henrie is Ricky from the past? It maybe a bit confusing but one thing is for sure, they look alike. Ullman is now 23, and Henrie 19 turning 20, but it might be coincidence....

Ricky Ullman is not gone yet...

This was his first Youtube comment, from my Youtube video "The Last Kiss!" which was the last scene from the Phil of the Future finale, "Back to the Future (not the movie)" which I uploaded.

We might not have heard from him for a long time since he appeared on the Lifetime TV series "Rita Rocks" (this show has no relations to the ABC Family show "Ruby and the Rockits"), but that doesn't mean he's gone. he's still here, but he's just somewhere where you might find him if you seek really hard.

Saraba, Decade.

Next week, The story of the "Passing-through Kamen Rider" comes to a close. The final episode of Kamen Rider Decade will air next week. After that, the week after, W will take over Decade's timeslot. after 14 worlds covered, the Journey to the Decade will finally end.

We will miss you, Decade. Ride on.

However this is not the end of his story. The real ending is in the Decade movie and a planned Decade/W teamup in the christmas season. so there's less chances to miss him just yet.

Still, thanks for the memories, Decade!

What did Demi Lovato did in between the times of Barney and Friends, some guest apperances and As the Bell Rings? well, she did some ads. one of which was before she was in As the Bell Rings.

This was her Radio ad for Mervyn's. Oddly enough, her ad said something about "if it will happen", because this was shot during the time Mervyn's is nearing bankruptcy.


This is her current ad, against bulliying. there's two versions of this ad. this has Demi in it, the other has JoJo. but some people say that this version of the ad shows Demi in a almost sad mood while JoJo's is tougher. also, this has her "Sonny with a Chance" look.

its been a while and believe me I'm still catching up on the tokunight thing.

Shinkenger:

A monster that is an elephant that looks like a Pre-Curser to Kamen Rider W attacks and puts people in a dream state of happyness while trapping their consciousness in an un-ending state of pain so Genta and Takeru team up with each other to go into the head of one of the people trapped in the dream state to get the people out and defeat the monster so they pull them out so he goes big so Genta and Takeru go Dai-Gai-Shinken-Oh to its ass.

Decade:

The kid tries to pull the amazon control brace off of Amazon so he can fight alongside decade to end the wrath of a much more powerful Apollo Geist who is hinting revenge at Tsusaka and his gang for taking his life energy stealer that almost killed natsumi then Amazon, Kuuga, Decade and Diend join forces to face the final boss of that world as Apollo Geist runs off again which will probably lead into the start of the movie.

thoughts: I'm glad I finally got to watch it again. I missed last week due to circumstances so im glad to be back.

A Moliver fan's outrage.

(Note: this post is of opinion from the blogger, and is not to offend anyone else.)

In the first few episodes of Hannah Montana, we thought we'll get to see a future for the characters of Miley Stewart and Oliver Oken. It's seen in the episodes "Miley, Get your gum on" and "O say, can you remember the words?" and so on. Season 2 was kinda drifting away from the two and it was kinda neutral, as in friendship-wise.

But all of this changed in the episode "What I don't like about you" (Season 3, episode 13) when Moliver (Miley-Oliver) fans got the big shock that put a smile to Loliver (Lily-Oliver) fans and an angry look from Moliver fans- Lilly and Oliver started dating in that episode!

I'm not happy to hear this when this episode aired and it was a big blow to all Moliver fans. What in the world where the HM producers and creators had in mind when they did this dealting blow? Fortunately we got a Moliver moment for awhile in "I honestly love you(No, not you)" (Season 3, episode 20) but that's all about it. I for one cannot forgive what they did with Miley and Oliver, and one way they did so Moliver fans would sulk forever and bring their hopes down to an ash was by having Miley go back to Jake Ryan in the 1-hour episode, "He could be the one", another huge blow to the Moliver fans and a big "Yay" to the Jiley (Jake-Miley) fans.

Now Loliver and Jiley fans are happy. But not Moliver fans. That alone was an unforgivable move by the HM producers. We thought we'll see another Lizzie and Gordo in Hannah. Looks like every Moliver fan's wish got reduced to dust. But, is there hope for those two in a later season, which is the last season next year? We hope the producers can atone for their biggest mistake- which is breaking Miley and Oliver apart, love-wise, before the show closes next year.

Until then, we can just reminisce every Moliver moment in previous episodes. Because if Moliver isn't back by next season, expect another wave of disappointment from us Moliver fans. Otherwise, I'll Rider Kick the makers and producers of this show for giving us a big heartache.

Super Hero Time: The Movie 2009 is no.1 in the Japanese Box Office!

Good news to Kamen Riders and Super Sentai fans out there!

As expected by many fans, the back-to-back movie of Kamen Rider Decade and Samurai Sentai Shinkenger leads the box office, according to the Japanese movie site, Movie Walker. Do you know which movies it beat? It''s Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (#2) and Pokemon: Arceus - To the Conquering of Space-Time (#3). I think the Showa Kamen Riders was the key to this success. Who would not have became nostalgic seeing their favorite Kamen Riders again in a once in a lifetime gathering, that might not happen again in the future.

For international fans like me, we need to patiently wait until and DVD and a subbed version comes out to watch this awesome movie.

Vanessa Hudgens: next Anne Hathaway?

Vanessa Hudgens is now 20 turning 21 in December, but there were some minor things that happened this year for her. First off, we heard she'll start going "mature" by playing a role in the upcoming "Sucker Punch", a movie that's "Alice in wonderland" with RPG elements. Later there was another movie she did, "Beastly", but no data is known yet.

However, there's another thing that came out just this month: more nude pictures of her leaked out in the internet (sorry folks for safety purposes I'm NOT GOING TO SHOW YOU GUYS!) and I can tell these are for Zac, I think? And then before that, she said in an interview that she'll NOT strip yet in a movie. yet, she later told in some sources that she might strip in a later movie, the movie she mentioned is set in the 50's.

Since Vanessa has graduated from the HSM franchise, that means more mature work for her since she's not anymore affiliated with The Walt Disney Company. But this is the main question of this: Is Vanessa Hudgens next in line to Anne Hathaway? because both ladies started out with family-friendly movies, then go to a few mature projects, then some good projects afterwards, and so on.

With Vanessa's future projects on the way after BandSlam, We might see her in the same light as Anne.

Super Hero Time 2009: The Movie! this Saturday!

It's another year, another August, that the Super Hero Time gets another movie, and this time, this Saturday, Two double features will rock the house.

first up is Theatrical Feature: Samurai Sentai Shinkenger- The Fateful War, which will be seen in 3D, and shows a two movie exclusives: Shinken Red's Super Mode (movie version) and a new Origami that doubles as a regular weapon for Shinken Red.
second is Theatrical Feature: Kamen Rider Decade: All riders VS GreatShocker, which is the greatest thing to happen to Tokusatsu fandom in 20 years since the BLACK RX all riders teamup. Features GACKT as Riderman, the movie debut of the next rider, Kamen Rider W, a new OP song exclusive to the movie and lots more, you'll ask for more.

Watch out for these two as SUPER HEEEERO TIME... STARTS NOW! in japanese cinemas this Saturday, Aug. 8.
